2019 Status Update

It has been one busy second half of the year. Between the day job, a few bouts of depression, and creative work, I’ve not had much time allocated to updating this blog. Hoping to change that in the new year.

Fiction

I did another round of sending out my novel, Dragonlines. I also worked on the second book in the series to some productive use. I also did some work on other projects here and there, but to be frank, this is the part of my world where depression hits the hardest. Working on overcoming that, or at least dealing with it better though.

Why is it that sending out work for submission is so much more emotionally taxing than writing the damn thing? Sheesh.

Gaming

Did a lot of work on the gaming book this year, including InDesign work on putting the entire thing together. I had hoped to have most of the initial art commissioned by this time, but a medical emergency earlier this year delayed the process. I do have another to share, which will be up later this week: the atama!

Looking to have the campaign book primarily remain Pathfinder 1st edition, but working out how to adapt things for both 5e and PF2 as well.
