Hope Never Dies

I just started reading Hope Never Dies by Andrew Shaffer; you know, the one about Joe Biden and Barack Obama solving murders together. Sort of a fun read that I can half the time imagine the characters saying the things they say. It’s weird though, reading a fictional genre story about two of the leading people of our time, especially considering they are both alive and well. Sometimes you’ll get a character like that as a background, almost cameo sort of thing, the Pres on TV or something, but as the main characters? And told from Joe Biden’s first person POV?

Fun.
